Looks good, man
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 20:36
SentOne1000 it cooked it the way I wanted, and being that it’s Stainless steal it will last a long time. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
SentOne1000 - August 22, 2020 @ 21:30
@MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW I am used to the longer wait on the cookware to heat up since i love cast iron

Fernando Pineda - August 22, 2020 @ 19:04
How well do burgers or something else fatty cook on it?
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 20:32
Fernando Pineda Cooks really nice. I’ll make some Burgers on it so y’all can see. The flare ups are minimal and you still get the nice marks on it. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Kevin Nash’s Kitchen - August 22, 2020 @ 19:12
Nice.. Good job sharing the info.
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 20:37
Kevin Nash’s Kitchen Your welcome. I think I said everything I wanted 🤔. Lol. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Wayne O - August 22, 2020 @ 19:37
Thanks for the video. To be honest, I’m not sure I see enough of a difference between cooking on that grill and just cooking it on the grill itself to justify its cost. That’s just my $02 worth. Also could you please follow up on whether it broke like the first one did? Thanks again, Brother!!
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 19:49
Wayne O This one hasn’t broke… yet. I had a Conversation with them this morning and they are making them much more durable. This grate channels the hot air through it and minimizes the flare ups thus reducing the chance of burning your food. Thanks for the support and watching
Wayne O - August 22, 2020 @ 19:55
@MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW No wonder I didn’t get it, since I’m not a grill user.
Also, may I recommend a couple of brands of sausage….V&V and Opa’s. All the BBQ joints around here use V&V.
Have you had a chance to try a Texas 1015 sweet onion? Yummie!
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 20:43
Wayne O I haven’t heard of those brands. They sound really good though.
crazybill42 - August 22, 2020 @ 20:12
Make a ribeye steak or a top sirloin i wanna see sear markes
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 20:28
crazybill42 I Am. In a few more weeks I will. My grill grates didn’t come in this past week so I had to plan something different, however it is definitely in the plans. My early prediction is that the Grill grates will give a better sear than the True Wave, cause the True wave is meant for lower heat cooks even though I’ve already seared a steak on the True wave and it came out great. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Grits and Glamour - August 22, 2020 @ 20:45
As always Chris, you give great and informative reviews 🤘🤘🤘
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 20:52
Grits and Glamour just so you know. I give you a mention in my next video. When I made the Alligator sauce Picante you commented to marinate in Italian dressing, well I did, I am letting it sit in there overnight and will grill tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion and contributing to the narrative.
Grits and Glamour - August 23, 2020 @ 16:21
Awesome thanks! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. 🤟
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 16:32
Grits and Glamour I just finished the video. That was absolutely Devine. I will be putting a link for your channel in the Description. Thanks for the suggestion.
Grits and Glamour - August 23, 2020 @ 20:21
Awesome Brother, I’m glad you enjoyed it. I grew up in Louisiana 43 years and that was an old simple recipe that was passed down. We ate a lot of alligator, logger head snapping turtles, you name it. Something about Italian dressing is perfect for creatures in the swamp lol. Oh it works great with frog legs too 🤟
Keith Bevington - August 22, 2020 @ 20:54
Guess you reuploaded..lol…Great video as always..
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 22, 2020 @ 21:06
Keith Bevington Yeah there was something in there that I shouldn’t have included about my location and all, so I removed. Thanks for the support and watching Brother

Smokin’ Jazz Bbq - August 22, 2020 @ 21:09
This is a great review. Definitely a asset to any grill. Great job on the overall aspect of the unit. I wish you would have added a lil mustard to the sausage lol. Cheers and keepbbqing!!!
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 00:34
Smokin’ Jazz Bbq MUSTARD!! 🤮🤮 LoL!! I think it’s pretty cool. They have a few things to work on , but I think there outlook is good. They actually listen to me which is important. Thanks for the support and watching DELABRO.
Aaron churchill - August 23, 2020 @ 00:07
Seems expensive 🤷
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 00:22
Aaron churchill It’s actually not much more than Grill grates. It’s a 14×9.5 304 Stainless Steal grate. I personally think the price will come down as they sell more and become bigger. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Chris Parker - August 23, 2020 @ 02:12
Love the Third Day hat!
Eddie Chapa - August 23, 2020 @ 04:03
Chris,
Your review was pretty good, but I don’t have a gas grill. How well does the True Wave work on THE Weber Kettle? How long would you say it took the grate to warm up enough to cook on it? Finally, it’s time to compare the True Grate to the SNS Grill Grate. SnS states that it “REVERSIBLE PANELS: Use GrillGrates rails up for traditional grilling or flip them over for a flat top experience.” Getting my popcorn ready to watch some trash talking!!!LOL!!!!
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 04:12
Eddie Chapa True wave works great on the Weber Kettle, I would give it about 5 minutes to heat up. Lastly, SNS has Grill Grates? I have Grill Grates coming in, unfortunately they didn’t come in this week, they won’t be here till next week. You got me wondering now if Davey Boy Is ripping off another company. Lol. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Eddie Chapa - August 23, 2020 @ 04:32
@MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW I can’t remember how I stumbled on it. I think they’re promoting their new grill. I found a video from CountryWoodSmoke (2018), he showed a grate that went over the Slow n Sear, but here’s the link https://snsgrills.com/collections/grates/products/grill-grates-22
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 04:47
Eddie Chapa Yeah that’s just the Grill Grates product. They probably have a promotional deal with SNS Grills. I won’t hold that against them. Lol. That’s just business. I am going to be doing a comparison of the 2.

Gorillas & Guns - August 23, 2020 @ 14:52
They should probably laser weld those slats to the end peices solid instead of just a few tac welds, would probably hold up a hell of alot better. #grillattachment
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 20:34
Gorillas & Guns I actually had that talk with them yesterday and they are definitely making stronger welds to keep them together, if not I can’t back them. I will say that they have acted on just about all my suggestions. Those spot welds definitely are not strong enough. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Adrian Louviere - August 23, 2020 @ 15:39
Looks nice but I Love my grill grate!
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 16:41
Adrian Louviere I am a little disappointed that my grill grates didn’t come in this week. O’well, I’ll have them in next week. I am really looking forward to getting them .
Richard - August 23, 2020 @ 18:45
Another overpriced POS accessory
MeatCranium BBQ AND REVIEW - August 23, 2020 @ 20:19
Richard it’s definitely a premium price, and a certain market niche. There is a use for it, but not a have to have product, however I will say, the Spatchcock chicken I made on it was bangin. Thanks for the support and watching Brother.
Louis at R shack BBQ - August 24, 2020 @ 13:58
Looking forward to the comparison video. I something I like already on the true wave grates
